  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions:
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, thyme, oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon juice to make a marinade.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure each piece is well coated. Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for maximum flavor.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any excess marinade.
  5. Grill the chicken breasts over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C) when measured with a meat thermometer.
  6. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
  7. Serve the grilled chicken with your favorite side dishes, such as grilled vegetables, rice, or salad.
