- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, thyme, oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon juice to make a marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure each piece is well coated. Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for maximum flavor.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any excess marinade.
- Grill the chicken breasts over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C) when measured with a meat thermometer.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
