I made this ground beef pasta casserole for dinner, and it was a crowd-pleaser! Cheesy, hearty, and super easy to make.

Ingredients:- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini work well)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the beef mixture, then transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
