Help! Why won't my gluten-free banana bread rise?

I'm a bit frustrated here—my gluten-free banana bread just won't rise, no matter what I try! 🍌 Has anyone else struggled with this? Would love to hear your experiences or any tips you might have for getting that perfect rise. Thanks in advance! 🤔🍞

I’ve had similar issues with gluten-free baking, especially with banana bread! One thing that worked for me was adding a bit of extra baking powder or soda, as gluten-free flours sometimes need more help to rise.
