I wanted to share with you my homemade sushi roll. It took me thirty minutes to perfect the rolls, but I absolutely fell in love with the taste of it!

I’ve found that rolling the sushi tightly with a bamboo mat ensures it holds together well, though wrapping the mat in plastic wrap first makes cleanup easier!

Totally agree! Rolling it tight with the bamboo mat is key, and wrapping it in plastic wrap is a game-changer for easy cleanup! Thanks for the tip!
