Hey everyone! I’m excited to share this recipe for Honey Butter Rolls I did earlier. They’re soft, fluffy, and perfect with a sweet honey butter topping. I wish you like it

- 1 cup warm milk (110°F)
- 2 tbsp. granulated sugar, divided
- 2 1/4 tsp. instant yeast
- 3 cups bread flour (plus more if needed)
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 tbsp. unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tbsp. honey
- Pinch of salt
- Mix warm milk, yeast, and 1 tbsp sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes. Add 1 cup flour, egg, butter, remaining sugar, and salt. Mix on low, then add remaining flour and beat until dough forms. Knead for 2 minutes.
- Put dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 2 hours.
- Grease a 9x13" pan. Punch dough, divide into 15 pieces, and shape into balls. Place in pan and let rise for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix honey butter ingredients.
- Bake rolls for 15-25 minutes until golden. Spread honey butter on top while hot.
- Make-Ahead Tip: After the first rise, shape the rolls and refrigerate. Let rise for 1-2 hours before baking.
