  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas, trimmed
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
  • Sesame seeds and chopped green onions, for garnish
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger to make the sauce. Set aside.
