How can I get rid of the bitterness in beet greens?

I've been struggling with the bitterness in beet greens. Any tips or tricks to make them less bitter would be super helpful. I love the idea of adding more greens to my meals, but the bitterness is a bit much for me. Thanks in advance for any advice!

I think blanching them first helps a lot though—just a quick dip in boiling water and then sauté them!

Massage those beet greens like they're stressed out and sauté them with garlic and lemon to turn bitterness into deliciousness.
