Hey everyoneeeeeeeeee! 🌟 I'm trying to figure out how to choose the perfect pork loin roast. 🐷

I heard different methods and tips, but I never knew where to start my journey. What should I need to consider when I'm at the meat aisle?

I'll appreciate any insights you can share! 🙏

I suggest on looking for some light marbling as this will have add more flavor and juiciness to your meat ;)

I suggest look for a pork loin roast with a pale pink color and a small amount of marbling (thin streaks of fat) throughout the meat. The fat should be firm and creamy white, rather than yellowish, which indicates freshness. Also, ensure the pork loin roast is fresh by checking the sell-by or use-by date on the packaging. Additionally, give the meat a sniff to ensure it smells fresh and has no off odors. 😉😉
