How do you know when blondies are done baking?

Hey everyone, wondering how you tell when blondies are ready to come out of the oven? I look for a golden top that's set, yet I hear others poke with a toothpick, aiming for few crumbs. Baking times vary, so reliable signs are gold. How do you judge theirs are baked perfectly?πŸ€”
Personally, I go for the golden ruleβ€”literally. When the top is golden brown and doesn't jiggle much when I shake the pan, I know my blondies are baked to perfection. 😌
