Hellooo, I'm pondering over how to keep collard greens fresh for longer. Recently picked up a bunch from the local market, and they're as crisp as can be. Problem is, I can't use them all at once. Do you have any tips for preserving their freshness? Some wrap it in paper towels and storing in the fridge, but is that the best way? Maybe there are some old-time methods or nifty hacks out there.
