Hello! In my experience, if my Snickerdoodles taste too eggy, it might be because I accidentally added too many eggs or my eggs were larger than needed. Overmixing the dough could also contribute to the dense texture and stronger egg flavor. Next time, I'll double-check my ingredient measurements and be mindful not to overmix.
