Ingredients:- 200g pork belly, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 1 potato, diced
- 1/2 cabbage, chopped
- 3 tablespoons black bean paste (chunjang)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 200g fresh noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 cucumber, julienned (for garnish)
- Prepare the Ingredients: Dice the pork belly, onion, zucchini, potato, and chop the cabbage.
- Cook the Pork: Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the pork belly and cook until browned.
- Add Vegetables: Add onion, zucchini, potato, and cabbage. Stir-fry until they start to soften.
- Add Sauces: Stir in the black bean paste, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Mix well.
- Simmer: Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Cook the Noodles: In a separate pot, cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
