- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar

- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes (adjust to taste)
- Salt to taste

Instructions:
1. In a saucepan, combine mangoes, red onion, apple cider vinegar, and brown sugar.
2. Stir in raisins, ground ginger, ground mustard, chili flakes, and a pinch of salt.
3. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat.
4. Reduce heat and let it cook gently for about 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chutney thickens.
5. Remove from heat and let it cool before serving.
