Mango sago is a delightful dessert featuring the tropical sweetness of mangoes combined with creamy coconut milk and tapioca pearls.

- 2 ripe mangoes
- 1/2 cup small tapioca pearls (sago)
- 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- Ice cubes (optional)
- Cook Tapioca Pearls:
- Boil water, add tapioca pearls, cook for 10-15 mins until translucent. Rinse and set aside.
- Prepare Mango Puree:
- Blend 1 mango into a smooth puree. Dice the other mango.
- Mix Ingredients:
- Combine mango puree, coconut milk, and sugar. Add cooked tapioca pearls and diced mango.
- Chill and Serve:
- Refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve cold, optionally with ice cubes.
