- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Procedure:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a baking dish, place the chicken breasts and drizzle with olive oil.
- Add lemon slices, minced garlic, oregano, basil, cherry tomatoes, and olives.
