Ingredients:
- 500g ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes, until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown.
- In a small saucepan, combine the Sriracha sauce, honey, soy sauce, and lime juice. Heat over medium heat until warmed through.
- Toss the meatballs in the fiery sauce and garnish with fresh cilantro.
