- 300g beef offal (tripe, liver, etc.), cleaned and cut into pieces
- 2 cups beef or chicken broth
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- 1 tbsp sake (optional)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
