Moyashi Itame is a simple and delicious Japanese stir-fry featuring crisp bean sprouts quickly cooked with garlic and soy sauce. It's a great side dish or light meal that's both healthy and flavorful.

🌿 **Ingredients**:
- 200g bean sprouts
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 green onions, chopped (optional)

🌿 **Instructions**:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add bean sprouts and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until just tender.
4. Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar, and cook for another minute.
5. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired. Serve hot and enjoy the crisp, savory flavor of Moyashi Itame!
