Aw, dry apple cobbler is a bummer!My apple cobbler keeps coming out dry.
Try adding a bit more butter or a splash of apple juice next time for extra moisture.

That's no fun! Maybe not enough juice in the apples? 
Try adding a splash of lemon juice or water next time. And don't forget the thickener! Cornstarch or flour can help.
