    • Tilt the pan slightly and spoon the melted butter over the steaks repeatedly for about 1-2 minutes. This is called basting and adds a lot of flavor.
  5. Rest the Steaks:
    • Remove the steaks from the pan and place them on a cutting board.
    • Let them rest for about 5 minutes. This helps the juices redistribute throughout the meat.
  6. Serve:
    • Slice the steak against the grain if serving it sliced, or serve the steaks whole.
