Hello guys! I just want to share this recipe. In matching spicy sausage with a creamy mustard sauce and fragrant basil, pasta with warm and mildly spicy flavors. One of my all time favorite! I would definitely make again.
Step 2. Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente and then drain.
Step 3. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large, deep skillet. Add the sausage meat and brown over moderately high heat, about 5 minutes.
Step 4. Add the wine and simmer, scraping up the browned bits from the bottom, until reduced by half, about 5 minutes.
Step 5. Add the cream, mustard, and crushed red pepper and simmer for 2 minutes.
Step 6. Remove the skillet from the heat, add the pasta and basil, and toss to coat
.
Step 7. Serve at once.
This was such a great meal, and so easy to make. The family love it just as much as me… a proper tasty treat.
