- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Prepare Peaches: Peel and slice the peaches, then place them in a large bowl.
