Pesto Stuffed Chicken Breast Recipe

Hey there, food lovers! If you’re tired of the same old chicken recipes, I’ve got a little surprise for you. This Pesto Stuffed Chicken Breast is a game-changer. It’s juicy, flavorful, and honestly, super easy to make. Perfect for those nights when you want to impress someone special (or just yourself, no judgment here).



Ingredients:



• 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

• 1/2 cup pesto sauce

• 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

• 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

• Salt and pepper to taste

• 1 tbsp olive oil



Procedure:



1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast. Be careful not to cut all the way through.

3. Stuff each pocket with about 2 tablespoons of pesto, a handful of mozzarella cheese, and some chopped sun-dried tomatoes.

4. Secure with toothpicks if needed, and season the outside with salt and pepper.

5. Heat olive oil in an oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken breasts on both sides until golden, about 3-4 minutes per side.

6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.

7. Remove the toothpicks and serve hot.
