I recently tried this incredible Picanha recipe, and let me tell you, it’s a game-changer!

Picanha Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2-3 pounds Picanha (top sirloin cap)
- Coarse sea salt
- Black pepper
- Olive oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Score the fat layer on the Picanha in a crisscross pattern, being careful not to cut into the meat.
3. Rub the meat generously with coarse sea salt and a bit of black pepper.
4. Drizzle some olive oil over the meat to help with the grilling.
5. Place the Picanha fat-side down on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes to get that lovely char.
6. Flip the meat and cook for another 10-15 minutes, depending on your desired level of doneness. I like it medium-rare, so I aim for an internal temperature of around 135°F (57°C).
7. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing against the grain.
Trust me, this Picanha is mouthwateringly good and so easy to make. It’s perfect for a weekend BBQ or a special dinner. You’re going to love it!
