Ingredients:
- 1 lb pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- Cooked rice, for serving
- Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)
- Sliced green onions, for garnish (optional)
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced pork tenderloin to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.
