Ingredients:
- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Whipped cream (for serving, optional)
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or individual ramekins.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, spices, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish or ramekins.
- Place the baking dish or ramekins in a larger baking pan. Fill the larger pan with hot water until it reaches about halfway up the sides of the baking dish or ramekins (this creates a water bath).
- Carefully transfer the pan to the preheated oven and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the pudding is set around the edges but still slightly jiggly in the center.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
- Serve warm or chilled, topped with whipped cream if desired.
