  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Whipped cream (for serving, optional)
Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or individual ramekins.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, spices, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish or ramekins.
  4. Place the baking dish or ramekins in a larger baking pan. Fill the larger pan with hot water until it reaches about halfway up the sides of the baking dish or ramekins (this creates a water bath).
  5. Carefully transfer the pan to the preheated oven and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the pudding is set around the edges but still slightly jiggly in the center.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
  7. Serve warm or chilled, topped with whipped cream if desired.
