Vibrant chard leaves are the star of these dumplings, filled with a savory mix of mushrooms and tofu. A healthier, veggie-forward take on a classic! 🌱✨

Ingredients
Filling
  • 1 cup diced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup crumbled firm tofu
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
Wrapper
  • 12 large rainbow chard leaves
Directions
  1. Sauté mushrooms and tofu with soy sauce and sesame oil. Let cool.
  2. Blanch chard leaves briefly and pat dry. Spoon filling into the center, fold, and roll like a dumpling.
  3. Steam dumplings for 8-10 minutes. Serve with soy dipping sauce.
 
I think rainbow chard would add such a nice color and flavor to dumplings! It’s earthy but light, though I’d probably add some garlic and ginger to give it a kick. 🌿🧄
