Ingredients
Filling
- 1 cup diced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup crumbled firm tofu
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 12 large rainbow chard leaves
- Sauté mushrooms and tofu with soy sauce and sesame oil. Let cool.
- Blanch chard leaves briefly and pat dry. Spoon filling into the center, fold, and roll like a dumpling.
- Steam dumplings for 8-10 minutes. Serve with soy dipping sauce.
