  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 3/4 cup almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
Instruction
  1. Blend the raspberries, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl and stir in the chia seeds.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight, to set.
  4. Serve with your favorite toppings.
