Hey everyone! 🧀 I made these Red Lobster-style biscuits at home, and they were spot on! Fluffy, cheesy, and buttery—just like the real thing. Here’s the recipe if you want to try them!

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
For the Topping:
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
Instructions:
  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and baking soda.
  3. Cut in Butter: Add the cold, cubed butter and cut it into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Add Cheese and Buttermilk: Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and buttermilk until just combined (don't overmix).
  5. Scoop and Bake: Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Add Garlic Butter: Mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley, then brush over the hot biscuits as soon as they come out of the oven.
Serve warm and enjoy—they taste just like Red Lobster's!

Hello! I think adding a little extra garlic butter on top makes them even closer to the real thing! So good though! 🧄🧈
