  • 4 rockfish fillets (about 6 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Directions:
