Sake no Teriyaki is a fantastic way to enjoy salmon with a delicious, sweet-savory glaze. This teriyaki salmon recipe is quick to prepare and makes for a flavorful, satisfying meal that's perfect for any night of the week.
Sake no Teriyaki - Teriyaki Salmon Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup mirin
- 2 tablespoons sake
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Optional: sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar. Bring to a simmer and cook until the sauce is slightly thickened, then set aside.
2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add the salmon fillets, skin-side down, and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the fish is cooked through and has a crispy exterior.
4. Brush the teriyaki sauce over the salmon during the last minute of cooking.
5. Serve the salmon with extra teriyaki sauce drizzled on top, and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired.
