Hey everyone! I recently whipped up this delicious sesame soy glazed salmon recipe, and I couldn't wait to share it with you all. It's perfect for those busy weeknights when you want something healthy, flavorful, and quick to put together. Here's how you can make it:
Ingredients:
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sliced green onions for garnish
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and half of the sesame seeds.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
- Brush the sesame soy glaze generously over the salmon fillets, making sure to coat them evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining sesame seeds over the top of the glazed salmon.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Once done, remove the salmon from the oven and garnish with sliced green onions.
- Serve your sesame soy glazed salmon hot with your favorite side dishes, like steamed rice and roasted vegetables.
