Hey! I stumbled upon this awesome recipe during a potluck dinner, and it was too good not to share! My friend gave me this super easy yet incredibly tasty recipe for Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas. Here's how to make it:
Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast, sliced into strips
3 bell peppers (any color), sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fajita seasoning (store-bought or homemade)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Tortillas, for serving
Optional toppings: salsa, sour cream, guacamole, shredded cheese
Instructions:
