The summer heat is definitely on, and I'm all about finding ways to stay cool and refreshed. This weekend I whipped up a batch of Sparkling Peach Iced Tea, and let me tell you, it's the perfect solution to a hot day!
It's a delicious twist on classic iced tea, infused with the sweetness of ripe peaches and the refreshing fizz of sparkling water. It's super easy to make and requires minimal ingredients.

Ingredients:
- 4 ripe peaches, sliced
- 4 cups water
- 4 black tea bags
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup sparkling water (chilled)
- Fresh peach slices and mint sprigs for garnish (optional)
- In a large saucepan, combine the sliced peaches, water, and tea bags. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and let steep for at least 30 minutes, or up to an hour for a stronger flavor.
- Strain the tea into a pitcher, discarding the peaches and tea bags. Stir in the sugar until dissolved.
- Chill the tea in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until cold.
- To serve, fill glasses with ice. Pour the chilled peach tea over the ice, then top with chilled sparkling water.
- Garnish with fresh peach slices and mint sprigs (optional).
