Ingredients:


  • 4 mahi-mahi fillets

  • Juice and zest of 2 limes

  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lime wedges for garnish
Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lime juice, lime zest, garlic, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the mahi-mahi fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
  4. Grill the mahi-mahi for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
