Hey’all! I just got my hands on a Dutch oven and wow, I'm impressed! I've heard they're great for more than just stews . Something about how they heat evenly and lock in moisture seems to make everything taste better . But what really sets them apart from other pots and pans? Is it the material, the design, or something else? I've seen recipes from bread to braised meats all recommending a Dutch oven.
