Why do my pork chops end up tough when cooked in a crockpot?

Hi friends! I am in the middle of crockpot recipe in the kitchen and i was disappointed the pork chops are hard and tough.. anyone has ideas why? Will try it this weekend, any secrets on making those chops very tender and juicy?

I think the key is not overcooking them! Though the crockpot’s slow cooking method is great, pork chops can turn tough if they’re left in for too long. Try checking them around the 6-hour mark.
