Hi hi! Got a bit of a dilemma here—every time I whip up egg salad, it turns out watery. Super frustrating, right? I follow recipes to the letter, cool my eggs completely, and even try drying them off. Still, that pesky wateriness sneaks in. Anyone else face this issue or have tips to share?
