Fellas! I need some help here. My pineapple upside down cake turned out soggy 🍍🎂 I followed a classic recipe, but every time, the bottom seemed a bit too moist. Could it be the pineapple juice? Or maybe I'm overdoing the butter? Help me out, please 😢

Hello Cora! Your pineapple upside-down cake may be soggy due to excess moisture from the pineapple slices or the caramelized topping. You can drain the pineapple slices well before using, and ensure the topping is not too wet or syrupy.

Oh man, I’ve been there! 🍍🎂 Too much pineapple juice could definitely be the culprit—try patting the pineapple slices dry with a paper towel before using them. Also, if there’s too much butter or if it’s not fully absorbed into the cake, that can make it soggy too. Maybe bake it a little longer or reduce the liquid a bit next time. Hope your next one turns out perfect! 🤞😊

Oh man, I feel you on this one! 🍍🎂 Too much pineapple juice could definitely be the culprit—try draining the slices really well before using them. Also, if there’s too much butter or sugar in the caramel layer, it can make the cake extra moist and almost syrupy. Maybe cut back a little and see if that helps. Hope your next one turns out perfect! 🤞😊
