Garlic Chili Squid

- 1 lb squid, cleaned and cut into rings
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 red chilies, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Prep the Squid: Pat the squid dry with paper towels. This helps it cook perfectly without turning rubbery!
