  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon or ham, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
