I just had to share these two unique recipes that I recently tried making. They turned out so delicious, I couldn't keep them to myself!

- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional toppings: whipped cream, berries, chopped nuts
- Scoop the flesh out of the avocados and add it to a blender or food processor.
- Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Divide the mousse into serving dishes and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve topped with whipped cream, berries, or chopped nuts if desired.
