The cranberry and orange combo is a total winner. Perfect for a quick breakfast or a tasty snack. Seriously, you’ve gotta try these—so good! 



Cranberry Orange Muffins
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup white sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- ⅓ cup milk (or as needed)
- ½ cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp grated orange zest
- 1 cup cranberries
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease 5 muffin cups or line with paper liners.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In a measuring cup, combine vegetable oil, egg, and enough milk to fill the cup; stir well. Pour this mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until combined. Stir in orange juice and orange zest. Gently fold in cranberries.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin cups, filling each about halfway.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops spring back when lightly pressed. Cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
