I call it Crazy Cheesy Chicken Bacon Ranch Skillet

Here's what you'll need:

Ingredients:

• 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 8 slices bacon, diced
• 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
• 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, monterey jack, your choice)
• 1/2 cup chicken broth or milk
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Just a handful of basic ingredients that come together into something downright magical

Instructions:

1. In a large skillet, cook the diced bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon bits to a paper towel-lined plate.
2. Add the chicken breasts to the bacon grease and sear for 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, make the ranch sauce by melting the butter. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
4. Slowly pour in the chicken broth while whisking continuously to avoid lumps. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
5. Stir in the ranch seasoning packet and shredded cheese until fully melted and combined.
6. Add the cooked chicken and bacon back into the skillet, coating them in the cheesy ranch sauce.
7. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and it's ready to devour!
