Hey everyone! I wanted to share this super easy recipe for baked zucchini chips that I’ve been obsessed with lately. They make a great healthy snack, and you won’t believe how crispy they turn out! Here’s what you need:
Ingredients:
- 2 medium zucchinis
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika (or your favorite seasoning!)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: grated Parmesan cheese for topping
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the zucchinis thinly (about 1/8 inch thick) using a mandoline or a sharp knife. The thinner, the better for that crispy texture!
- In a large bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Arrange the slices in a single layer on the baking sheet, making sure they don’t overlap.
- Bake for about 2 hours, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden and crispy. Keep an eye on them in the last 15 minutes to avoid burning!
- Optional: Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese right before they’re done for an extra cheesy flavor!
