Cucumber Yogurt Dip Recipe

I made this cucumber yogurt dip for a snack, and it’s super refreshing! Perfect for pairing with veggies or pita chips.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cucumber, grated and excess water squeezed out
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill or mint, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, dill or mint, and lemon juice.
  2. Mix until well combined, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
It’s creamy, tangy, and a great way to enjoy your veggies!
