I made this cucumber yogurt dip for a snack, and it’s super refreshing! Perfect for pairing with veggies or pita chips.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, grated and excess water squeezed out
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh dill or mint, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, dill or mint, and lemon juice.
- Mix until well combined, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
