Ingredients:
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sugar (optional, depending on sweetness preference)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (optional, for a tangy flavor)
Instructions:
  1. Place the frozen pineapple chunks, coconut milk, honey or sugar (if using), and lime juice (if using) in a blender.
  2. Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender occasionally to ensure everything is well mixed.
  3. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little more coconut milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
  4. Once the mixture is smooth and creamy, transfer it to a piping bag fitted with a star tip, or simply scoop it into serving glasses.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy your homemade Dole Whip!
This refreshing treat is perfect for a hot day or anytime you're craving a taste of the tropics. 🍍🌴
