- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 4 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 2 large eggs
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
- Powdered sugar, for dusting

3. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, egg yolks, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until pale and thick.
