Ingredients:
- 4-6 crayfish (cleaned and deveined)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil (chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:
- Prepare Crayfish: Clean and devein the crayfish if not already done.
- Make Garlic Herb Butter: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Stir in parsley, thyme, basil, lemon zest, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Poach Crayfish: Place the crayfish in the saucepan and gently poach them in the garlic herb butter. Cook for about 4-6 minutes, turning occasionally, until the crayfish are opaque and cooked through.
- Serve: Remove crayfish from the butter and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
