- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup snap peas, trimmed
- 4 green onions, sliced
- Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions, for garnish
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger to make the sauce. Set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced bell peppers and snap peas. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet, along with the sliced green onions. Pour the sauce over the shrimp and vegetables, stirring to coat everything evenly.
- Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the sauce has thickened slightly and the shrimp and vegetables are heated through.

- Garnish with sesame seeds and additional chopped green onions, if desired. Enjoy your delicious homemade stir fry!
